About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Lead with expertise in reconciliation processes to lead the development and evolution of one of our most critical products. This role combines strategic vision, analytical skills, and deep technical understanding to ensure efficient, scalable, and business-aligned reconciliation solutions.
You will be responsible for owning the product roadmap, defining strategy, and working closely with technology, sales, and leadership teams to design tailored solutions for our clients—ensuring high impact on commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the reconciliation product strategy, including pricing, positioning, and competitive evolution
- Build strong relationships with key clients—identifying real needs, proposing custom solutions, and negotiating commercial conditions
- Align internal stakeholders (Sales, Engineering, Operations, Leadership) on product vision, priorities, and roadmap
- Participate in high-level commercial conversations, understanding client pain points and turning them into actionable product value
- Own the product backlog: create PRDs, lead intake meetings, sprint planning, daily standups, and status updates
- Collaborate with the tech team to ensure high-quality deliverables, estimate efforts, prioritize development, and focus on business value
- Oversee the technical execution of the reconciliation pipeline: data transformation, SFTP/API/S3 flows, monitoring, and reporting
- Bring a user-centered approach: work with design to ensure usability, smooth navigation, and alignment with the design system
- Leverage analytics tools (SQL, Snowflake, Metabase) to identify improvement opportunities, understand discrepancies, and validate hypotheses
- Implement client-specific pricing strategies, maximizing ROI and ensuring alignment with broader business goals
- 5+ years of experience in product roles, ideally within reconciliation, payments, finance, or data-heavy tech products
- Strong command of SQL and experience with data tools like Snowflake, Metabase
- Familiarity with design workflows: interpreting wireframes, using Figma, and understanding UX/UI principles and responsive components
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical leaders, commercial teams, and clients
- Hands-on experience managing product development in tools like Jira: leading sprints, groomings, standups, and demos
- High autonomy, strategic thinking, and strong business orientation
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Deep understanding of financial reconciliation systems, payment processors, acquirers, and settlement processes
- Experience with dynamic or segmented pricing models
- Background in fast-paced startup environments or high-growth companies
- Proven experience leading B2B products with significant commercial impact
