- FSM Consultant
**Job Description**:
** Responsibilities**:
- Create and maintain business rules, UI policies, UI actions, client and server scripts, and access controls in ServiceNow.
- Work closely with business and IT teams to gather input to support ongoing business needs for ServiceNow configuration, implementation, and support.
- Use agile methodologies to manage and execute ServiceNow tasks and projects.
- Develop workflows, catalog items, and customer-friendly interfaces within ServiceNow.
- Create and configure reports and dashboards according to business requirements.
- Maintain and support ServiceNow updates and upgrades, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Provide training and documentation to other members of the team to support end-user training.
**Qualifications**:
- 4+ years of ServiceNow experience
- 1+ Years using or implementing FSM
