Senior Tax Consultant Asenium • Maracanaú, Ceará, Brasil Descrição da vaga Contrato: Part-time Local: 100% Remoto Principais responsabilidades Atuar no suporte funcional das soluções fiscais Tax One e DFE, analisando e resolvendo tickets relacionados à obrigações fiscais. Garantir o cumprimento de SLAs, assegurando qualidade e prazos nas entregas. Atuar como ponto de contato entre áreas fiscais, times de negócio, TI e fornecedores de soluções fiscais. Analisar erros, rejeições e inconsistências em documentos fiscais eletrônicos. Apoiar na parametrização, validação e testes de regras fiscais. Identificar riscos fiscais, gargalos operacionais e propor melhorias nos processos e no modelo de suporte. Requisitos obrigatórios Experiência como Especialista em Tax One e DFE ou atuação similar como Consultor(a) Fiscal. Conhecimento aprofundado da legislação fiscal brasileira. Experiência com gestão de tickets e SLAs em ambientes de suporte. Vivência prática com documentos fiscais eletrônicos (NF-e, NFS-e, CT-e, MDF-e, entre outros). Capacidade de atuar de forma integrada com times de TI e negócio. Inglês obrigatório.
