What You'll Do : Support day-to-day EUC operations : hardware / software troubleshooting, patching, imaging, security updates, asset inventory, disposal. Deploy and manage endpoints (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) using modern tools : Intune, SCCM / MECM, Jamf, Autopilot, VDI. Administer Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint; enforce compliance (SAML, SCIM, MFA, SSO); enhance endpoint security (Defender, encryption). Maintain documentation, knowledge base, asset reports; provide vendor coordination and Level-1 / 2 / 3 support. Lead device provisioning recommendations, hardware refresh cycles, user training, and helpdesk hand-offs. Configuring MS O365 clients and troubleshooting relevant issues.
