Logistics Assistant Position Join the Lallemand team to manage logistics and support sales operations. Main Functions Job Mission: Organize order management, check general order data, maintain direct contact with the Commercial team to define priorities and optimize distribution processes. Conduct training with the commercial team on order portal and logistics processes. Release agreed orders for shipment following forecast schedule and organize according to Commercial dates. Advise the sales force on order tracking; negotiate and adjust demands according to each RTV. Communicate between interested parties, answer questions with customers and commercial representatives, aiming to obtain the order under mutually satisfactory conditions. Receive sales orders and bonuses, follow up on the process, and stay in contact with the commercial representative, immediate superiors, registration and credit area, tax (issuance of NF), and finance. Perform freight quotes, develop and contract and monitor the shipment of orders with transport companies; track shipments with carriers. Control and organize internal tax documents.
