A equipe da Amazon Logistics Brasil (AMZL) está procurando por um / uma Analista de Operações Logísticas para se juntar ao time de gestão e monitoramento de coletas de sellers. O / A Analista de Transporte - First Mile atua em uma escala 5x2 em revezamento de turnos. É responsável por monitorar o desempenho e a conformidade dos transportadores da operação de coleta (inbound), em coordenação com teams internos e externos. Também é responsável por apoiar os lançamentos de novos parceiros logísticos de coleta. O trabalho exige alguém que tenha grande disposição para assumir responsabilidades, tenha habilidades para identificar padrões e tendências, juntamente com a capacidade de examinar detalhes e analisar dados, aprofundando-se nas causas raízes dos problemas operacionais e propondo soluções. As operações serão feitas 7 dias por semana, incluindo feriados; portanto, trabalhar em diferentes turnos será parte dessa função. Local de Trabalho : Florianópolis - SC Tipo de atuação : Presencial Escala : 5x2 Key job responsibilities Gerir a operação de coleta e entrega de pacotes de Marketplace na Amazon Logística; Monitorar diariamente, hora-hora a operação de coleta dos parceiros logísticos de coleta, resolvendo problemas operacionais para garantia das coletas no prazo; Gerir problemas diários junto os transportadores de forma colaborativa e construtiva, identificar oportunidades de melhoria no processo de ponta a ponta e identificar melhorias na área; Analisar dados de várias fontes e identificar tendências relevantes para que, a partir deles, decisões rápidas e importantes ao negócio sejam tomadas no dia-a-dia operacional. Gerir, analisar e melhorar as métricas de performance; Mergulhar profundamente nas causas raízes dos problemas operacionais; Apresentar métricas para clientes internos e externos - comunicação frequente com os mesmos em busca de soluções operacionais de coleta; Servir de elo de ligação entre os stakeholders internos e externos tendo em vista os objetivos, limites, conformidade e privacidade das informações; Encontrar soluções práticas e simples para problemas complexos no dia-a-dia; BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Ensino Superior Completo em Engenharia, Administração, Logística ou áreas relacionadas; Habilidade para multitarefas, gerenciando vários parceiros de coleta simultaneamente com atenção aos detalhes de sua estação; Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos flexíveis incluindo fins de semana e feriados; MS Office, com nível intermediário em Excel (vlookup, fórmulas avançadas, tabelas dinâmicas, macros); Português fluente; Experiência em Logística, Transporte; Disponibilidade para trabalho 100% presencial; PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Inglês intermediário; Excelentes habilidades de Comunicação - lidar com transportadoras como stakeholders / clientes; Conhecimentos de Last Mile e eCommerce; Experiência anterior no acompanhamento de processos e análises, métricas e resolução de problemas; A pessoa deve estar disposta a trabalhar de forma independente; #J-18808-Ljbffr
