Job Title: Senior Software Engineer
Location: Remote – Latin America Preferred
Type of Contract: Full-Time
Salary Range: 3,500 - 4,500 USD/Month
Language Requirements: English (professional proficiency)
We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React to join our growing team. You will play a key role in expanding our SaaS compliance platform, mentoring junior engineers, and delivering high-quality solutions for the healthcare industry. Your work will directly impact the security and compliance outcomes of medical practices nationwide.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and enhance major features of our SaaS compliance platform, The Guard
- Mentor and guide junior engineers while remaining open to learning from peers
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring security, scalability, and user protection are prioritized
- Collaborate in a high-performing engineering culture focused on continuous improvement
- Operate within a “test and learn” environment, driving innovation and iteration
- Balance entrepreneurial innovation with delivery of elegant, high-quality solutions
- Identify and raise technical risks, concerns, or suggestions proactively
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Experience in Agile/DevOps environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven success in dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial settings
- Experience with AWS
- Experience with PHP
