We are looking for a talented Kitchen Sales Designer to join our growing team in Latin America. In this role, you’ll help homeowners create kitchens that are both beautiful and practical. Requirements- Strong sense of our style, with the ability to translate it into innovative, next-level designs that combine functionality and aesthetics.
- Must have fluent/Advanced English
- Flexibility to work with clients across different time zones
- Experience with SketchUp and V-ray
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, able to drive projects forward independently while maintaining high standards.
- Good understanding of cabinet construction, hardware and assembly, ensuring designs are practical and production-ready.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to build trust and guide clients through decision-making
- 5+ years of work experience in the furniture and kitchen design industry
- Knowledge of 3ds Max/Corona is a plus
- Own the entire project cycle, from company presentation to final design.
- Keep yourself fully updated on our product range, features, and capabilities, while exploring innovative ways to apply them in design solutions.
- Develop kitchen and other space designs based on details collected from clients.
- Conduct online meetings with new and existing clients to understand their requirements.
- Prepare layouts and design presentations for clients.
- Provide guidance on efficient kitchen layouts, including the selection of storage solutions.
- Review technical drawings and orders before production.
- Assist in selecting appliances, plumbing fixtures, and lighting.
- Communicate with the internal team to ensure alignment across project details, timelines, and client expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project, ensuring clear communication, smooth process, and an excellent client experience.
