Content Creator – Short Form Video Editor

About the Creative Editing Role We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce engaging short-form content for various social platforms. You will work with raw UGC footage, creator material, and internal content to create fun, compelling, and scroll-stopping videos that fit modern platform aesthetics. This is a hands-on creative role focused on fast iteration, great storytelling, and understanding of native video styles. Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and social platforms. Add captions, text overlays, dynamic pacing, and platform-native styling. Produce multiple variations of each concept. Work with raw UGC footage from creators. Collaborate with the team to execute creative ideas. Organize files, maintain version control, and meet weekly output targets. Stay up-to-date with current TikTok trends, formats, and editing styles. Requirements: Proven experience in editing short-form content. Strong proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Final Cut, or Premiere. Good sense of pacing, storytelling, hooks, and visual rhythm. Ability to produce content quickly and consistently. Portfolio of UGC-style or TikTok-style videos required. Creative thinker with strong attention to detail. Organized, self-directed, and comfortable with fast iteration. 1–3 years of experience in editing short-form content.
