We're looking for an Institutional Business Developer who will:- develops and maintains client relationships, delivers superior investment advice, generates sustainable revenues and growth opportunities for the bank and acts as a first line of defense in managing risk.- create and develop long-term client relationships with potential clients.- addresses the investment needs of clients by providing suitable solutions with focus on consistently identifying and increasing share of wallet, generating referrals, and proactively generating and developing prospects.- evaluate the market systematically and act as a catalyst in the development and transformation of existing client relationships by representing the interests of both the client and UBS.**Your Career Comeback****Your team**- You’ll be working as part of the Institutional Client Advisor team in Wealth Management LatAm. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals by delivering products and services specifically designed for them. We also manage, develop existing, and acquire client relationships with a high level of complexity and with high quality investment advice to clients.**Your expertise**- more than 10 years of experience working in wealth management.- solid knowledge of financial markets.- focus on client demands/solutions, teamwork, and collaboration.- excellent communicator, with great sales skills.- fluent in English.- financial certifications: CPA 20 is mandatory, and CFP is desirable.**About us**- UBS is the world’s largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
