Our current markets are growing (some by 100+%) and we are constantly looking for new channels and markets to sell our services. The new Growth Marketer will be responsible for all our marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients, with the opportunity to grow into Head of Marketing. ResponsibilitiesOwn and optimise our email marketing program, including flows, automations, and data‑driven optimisation. Plan, run, and scale digital advertising campaigns on Meta and Google; explore new platforms and monitor what moves the needle. Develop and maintain newsletters, case studies, and sponsorship opportunities to reach new runners, companies, and destinations. Work with a global team, collaborating internally and building relationships with partners such as US Bank, Goldman Sachs, Amex, Google, and Accenture. Conduct research on new tech, trends, and channels; test initiatives in onecity and scale to other destinations. Create bold ideas and pitches that help the company reach new audiences, while filling gaps and driving results through experimentation. Report performance metrics, derive insights, and adjust strategies accordingly. Communicate directly with the founder and work on a highly independent schedule with only 2–3 hours of internal meetings per week. QualificationsExperience in growth marketing, B2C/B2B, or similar role. Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and a data/automation mindset. Creative copywriting ability and an eye for opportunity. Execution focus: fast mover, super collaborator, and a drive to grow the business. Attention to detail, systematic approach, and enjoyment of working on new ideas and markets. Excellent written communication; familiarity with email and digital advertising best practices. Comfortable working remotely in a distributed team of international colleagues. Compensation & BenefitsUSD 1,400 per month, 25 hours per week, contracted via Upwork.
