Job Description

As a professional in the field, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining architectures and datasets that meet business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, data architects, and analysts to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

You will have the opportunity to develop optimal data transformation processes and pipelines, as well as perform data explorations to understand the data being processed. Your goal will be to deliver high-quality data to business executives, analysts, and end-users who can use it to improve business operations.

Additionally, you will prepare data for predictive and prescriptive modeling, which will enable us to make informed decisions about our business strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Azure services, including Transact-SQL (T-SQL), query optimization, and performance tuning in SQL Server.
  • Experience with data storage solutions in Azure, such as Blob Storage, Data Lake, and Azure SQL.
  • Knowledge of serverless architecture for data processing, including Azure Functions and Event Grid.
  • Familiarity with Databricks for scalable data engineering and data streaming architectures in Azure, including Event Hubs and Stream Analytics.
  • Understanding of CI/CD principles and version control for data pipelines.
