To excel in this role, you'll require: 5+ Years in Visual Design : Proven experience in creating visually appealing designs with a strong portfolio. Leadership Experience : 2+ years leading or managing a design team, with a track record of success. Hands-On Execution Skills : Proficiency in logo creation, layout refinement, and visual hierarchy improvement. Production Expertise : Experience working in high-output environments like agencies, e-commerce, or high-volume teams.
