**THE ROLE**
We are looking for a highly motivated Data Specialist for the Matific Brazilian Team.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop, configure, and maintain dashboards to monitor the performance of various internal teams, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
- Conduct performance analyses, including KPI diagnostics, to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
- Integrate various systems and data sources via APIs to ensure efficient and automated data collection.
- Configure and support Business Intelligence (BI) tools, delivering data insights and solutions for the company's clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those requirements.
- Work with AWS infrastructure and tools, including setting up and maintaining data workflows on AWS services.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using AWS Quick Sight.
**Requirements**:
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as AWS Quick Sight, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and managing large datasets.
- Familiarity with API integrations and data process automation.
- Previous experience in troubleshooting data issues, performance analysis, and KPI optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with client-facing BI tools is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
- Prior experience in tech companies or the EdTech industry is a strong advantage.
