Mission

As AI & Digital Business Innovation Owner, you will support the implementation of AI and digital innovation initiatives by contributing to the design and improvement of business models, monitoring project performance, and fostering a culture of innovation. This role focuses on operational support for digital portfolio management, KPI tracking, and assisting in the governance of the AI Factory for Business to drive measurable results.

Key Accountabilities
  • AI Business Design Support: Assist in developing new AI-driven services and enhancing existing business models. Provide operational support in gathering data and insights to inform AI strategies. Contribute to initiatives that improve business processes through AI.
  • Innovation Management & Digital Portfolio Assistance: Support management of digital innovation projects within the portfolio. Assist in monitoring and reporting on KPIs such as ROI and P&L. Promote AI and digital innovation culture through workshops and training.
  • AI Factory Governance Support: Provide administrative support for governance activities of the AI Factory. Help maintain project roadmaps and track progress toward strategic objectives.
  • KPI Monitoring & Reporting: Collect and organize data to support KPI monitoring and performance evaluation. Generate reports on project outcomes and assist in decision-making.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Support: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and strategic alignment. Support communication with external partners and vendors.
Education

Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in AI, digital innovation, business strategy, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with project management and data analysis.
  • Understanding of AI technologies and their business applications is a plus.
  • Ability to gather and analyze data for project monitoring and reporting.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
