Overview Employer Industry: Biopharmaceuticals What to Expect Develop strategic plans for identifying and expanding relationships with named corporate accounts Oversee the assessment and development of corporate accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and product use Drive the creation of business engagement plans and disease state programs to support sales efforts Lead and coach team members to execute engagement plans and maximize product pull-through Conduct regular business reviews to assess relationships and keep the team focused on achieving goals What is Required Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related Scientific Field and 12+ years of experience in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry Significant experience leading a key account management function, particularly in B2B environments Exceptional relationship management skills and understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks Proven ability to influence clinical decision-makers and develop innovative business strategies Strong leadership skills to attract talent and guide teams towards business success How to Stand Out Master’s Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry Recognized as an internal thought leader with extensive technical and business expertise Experience working with integrated delivery networks (IDNs) and various healthcare organizations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently #Biopharmaceuticals #LeadershipOpportunity #CareerGrowth #CompetitiveSalary #InclusiveWorkplace We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
