Responsibilities Implement digital and waterfall projects across multiple business units and functions. Define project direction, workplans, resources, and rituals using agile and traditional methodologies. Translate business opportunities into quantified improvement potential using strong business acumen. Coordinate cross‑functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, UI/UX designers, SMEs, end‑users, and senior stakeholders. Promote digital mindset and process improvement across the organization. Develop expertise in advanced analytics and process optimization themes. Manage project portfolio and track productivity metrics. Support diagnostics, business case development, and cross‑functional Kaizen initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Economics, or Engineering. Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain processes (planning preferred). At least 2 years of experience deploying digital solutions. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Proven ability to lead change and deliver financial results. Minimum 3 years of experience in project management (Waterfall & Agile). Effective communication skills across all organizational levels. Desired Certifications Business Translator Fundamentals certification. Data Scientist Fundamentals certification. CPIM – Basics (preferred). Product Owner / Scrum Master certification (preferred).
