Sr. Special Projects Manager, Customer Experience and Business Trends Amazon is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager based in São Paulo, Brazil for Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT). The team focuses on improving customer experience at Amazon globally. The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for deep diving into a specific customer area and driving our team's strategy and long-term plans for this customer. The ideal candidate will operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, passion for business development and problem solving at scale, and have P/L ownership. The candidate will own end‑to‑end delivery of projects and is responsible for partnering with team leaders and compliance officers within the team and across Amazon to deliver team’s objectives. The candidate will be part of a global and diverse team and working on multiple competing projects spanning across time zones. The Role Will Be a Good Fit If You Are a self-starter, entrepreneurial and like working with ambiguity. Are interested in solving customer problems by diving deep into issues. Are adept at managing competing priorities from different stakeholders and influencing them without authority. Are hands‑on in solving business problems and then identifying technology‑based solutions to fix these. Have experience working with teams spread globally. Have experience working with the e‑commerce seller space. Have a good understanding of the prevailing laws and statutes in Brazil in the e‑commerce selling space. Key Job Responsibilities Conduct a feasibility analysis for setting up foundational customer experience improvement capabilities. Gain a deep understanding of operating environment, risks and challenges by liaising with cross‑functional groups, including business teams, finance, sales, technology, support, fulfillment, and supply chain. Assist in building annual plans, goal delivery, and maintaining overall budget. Continuously provide contribution on innovating and improving processes driving simplification and automation across the team. Influence Amazon leaders to improve their current customer‑facing solutions for the specific customer cohort based on the studies delivered by the team. Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure project output is leveraged to its fullest extent. Basic Qualifications Product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition. Experience as a product manager or owner. Experience owning technology products. Preferred Qualifications Experience in influencing senior leadership through data‑driven insights. Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
