Mandatory Skills (3 to max 5): Minimum 6 years of strong hands‑on experience in SAP MDG configuration. Extensive knowledge of SAP MDG (functional) with a track record of at least 1 full lifecycle implementation and support projects. Expertise in integrating SAP MDG with external systems and understanding SAP integration points with other SAP modules. Key Responsibilities: Good Communication skills, proven ability to communicate functional as well as technical information to non‑technical audiences and influence business teams. Strong SAP problem‑solving skills, attention to detail/documentation, and ability to foster teamwork in a fast‑paced SAP support project environment. Knowledge of SAP debugging, Service Now tool and KPIs related to an SAP Support project will be added benefit.
