Business Analyst

SpecPro Sustainment & Environmental is seeking a Business Analyst to provide Project Delivery Business process support services to the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Caribbean District (SAA). This role involves providing professional support for a variety of deliverables for the South Atlantic Division (SAD) of USACE. The Business Analyst will work closely with the rest of the Program Support team to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and mission success by supporting the USACE SAD in delivering quality public infrastructure on time and within budget. Join us in delivering high-quality services that directly impact the USACE SAA’s critical operations.- This position is contingent upon award of government contract***Duties/Responsibilities**:Conducts analysis of business processes, data gathering and collection, formulation of solutions to complex business problems, operational research, and process analysis and design. Implements recommendations to facilitate and optimize process improvements. The contractor is responsible for ensuring all staff, including subcontractors and consultants, execute NDAs to protect procurement-sensitive and proprietary information. NDAs must be signed on the first day of employment and renewed with each contract option period. Failure to comply constitutes default. The contractor must maintain signed NDAs and provide copies to the COR.
