Rockstar Technical Trainer – 100% Remote (US-Based Client)

A US-based client is looking for a Skilled Technical Trainer to join their team remotely. This role is fully remote and paid in US Dollars .

Mandatory Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience as a Technical Trainer at a tech company.
  • Certified in 3+ ServiceNow products , including CSA, ITSM, CSM, SPM, ITOM, ITAM, CAD, SecOps, or HRSD.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow products (CSM, ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM).
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
  • Excellent English communication skills for delivering training sessions and client interactions.

Job Role

  • Deliver technical training sessions on various ServiceNow products for diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training programs with business goals.
  • Develop detailed training materials and track trainee progress throughout learning paths.
  • Adapt quickly to new technical products using documentation and software versions.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions for trainees from training to production environments.
