Transformation Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and overseeing daily operations to ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope.
The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on application/software development and experience working in an Agile environment. You will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, as well as ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
In this role, you will also manage multiple projects simultaneously, track and manage user stories and epics, and facilitate daily stand-ups (scrums), sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives to ensure team collaboration and continuous improvement.
You will serve as clients' primary point of contact, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Additionally, you will communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively to clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:- Fluent English
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field
- Minimum 8 years IT Project Management experience in an Agile (Scrum) environment, with a strong focus on application/software development
