**What You'll Do at BTS**
As a **Senior Consultant** you will:
- Structure and solve complex organizational and execution challenges for clients across industries.
- Lead the design and delivery of multi-workstream projects that align with our clients' strategic priorities and drive measurable impact.
- Facilitate customized workshops, learning journeys, and leadership development experiences (both in-person and virtually)that create lasting behaviour change and business results.
- Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and engaging prospective clients.
- Earn the role of trusted advisor for executives at major corporations across industries.
- Facilitate customized workshops, learning journeys, and development programs that drive client success and transformative growth.
- Lead with a client-focused mindset, ensuring team alignment with client success and outcomes.
- Work closely with the Brazilian team, as well as BTS global leaders and Centers of Excellence (CoE), to drive business growth.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or MBA (or equivalent experience).
- 5-7 years of experience in a consulting or corporate environment.
- Prior experience in consulting is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in leading projects, and partnering with various business stakeholders.
- Experience in delivering strategic workshops and managing project outcomes aligned with client and organizational goals.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect business and operating model insights to client work.
- Ability to build strong client relationships, leading to identification and expansion of business development opportunities.
- Accountability and ownership in driving project success, maintaining a focus on high-impact results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Mature, humble, professional, and a hands-on team player.
- Willingness to travel as needed (domestic and international)
- Native Portuguese and fluent in English.
- Spanish is a plus.
