Overview Expansion Strategy & Projects Lead (Post-Series C) at Galgo . Galgo is a fast-growing fintech focused on motorcycle sales and financing, expanding into Brazil . We are a purpose-driven company, the first and only financial institution focused on the underbanked sector in Chile, Mexico, and Colombia, now expanding into Brazil. We are looking for the next Expansion Strategy & Projects Lead (Post-Series C) to join a high-performing team. Responsibilities Lead and execute Galgo’s most strategic initiatives across two key areas: Geographic Expansion (Undisclosed Market) and Product Opportunity Analysis & GTM. Design and orchestrate the rollout of Galgo into a new market, working inside a war room with C-Level. Structure, plan, and execute a country launch in 90 days, from market entry to operational go-live. Drive data-backed decisions on costs, business models, and operational design as we scale to break-even in 18 months. Analyze, size, and prioritize new product opportunities across all Galgo geographies using market and performance data. Co-design product features and value propositions directly with the C-Level team. Support and challenge go-to-market plans to ensure rapid adoption and measurable ROI. What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or Master’s degree desirable). Proven experience in Finance, Project Management, or Controlling roles, ideally with exposure to pricing or business case evaluation. Previous experience in strategy consulting or general management consulting roles, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to execute. Comfortable switching between strategic discussions and operational detail. Able to work under tight deadlines and deliver tangible, measurable results.
