Data Engineer for Scalable Analytics

Job Overview We're seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our Mobile Applications department. As a key member of our team, you will design and develop scalable data pipelines, ensuring seamless integration with cloud-based infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines across cloud environments. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Implement data quality monitoring, governance policies, and best practices for privacy, security, and compliance. Analytics & Insights: Conduct exploratory and advanced analysis using SQL, Python, and statistical methods. Collaborate with Analysts, Data Scientists, and Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Support experimentation and A/B testing by ensuring clean, reliable datasets and analyzing results. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar technical role focused on data infrastructure and pipelines. Strong expertise in SQL and proficiency in Python (or a similar programming language). Experience with AWS and Google Cloud for managing cloud-based databases and analytics tools. Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration tools. Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ELT/ETL best practices, and dimensional modeling. Experience with version control systems. Excellent communication skills.
