Calling all C++ Embedded Software engineers This role is a truly exciting for strong embedded software developer. You'll be working with the World Leader in Internet of Things - They provide consumers with their quality products, systems and services; connected lighting offerings - redefining what light can do and how people use it. What you'll do as an Embedded Software Developer
You'll be working in their R&D team in Eindhoven, Netherlands and work in a multidisciplinary team that together designs features end to end
You will develop software features in C++ for their embedded Linux bridge and in C for their devices
You will develop new features for their ecosystem in an agile development environment working closely with a talented cross-functional team to improve the user experience of our products
You will improve our software running on the bridge and devices through prototyping, implementation, testing and launch.
You will work on adding new APIs to our cloud backend. Their tech stack is with AWS Cloud. Experience with a least one cloud provider (preferable AWS) is a big plus.Â
What you need in your skillset to do this role well
Â
You have extensive knowledge and 2+ years experience with C++ embedded software development life cycle
A good understanding of object-oriented development in an embedded Linux environment
Experience working in a test driven development environment including unit testing
Work with Design patterns software design
**Education**: bachelor or master degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering
