Overview Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $24.00 per hour Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Supportive and collaborative work environment Chance to make a positive impact on patient care and quality assurance Engage in process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency Responsibilities What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Monitor and evaluate inbound calls, chat, and booked appointments for adherence to quality standards Organize and participate in internal calibration sessions; prepare reports to provide feedback on requirements Partner with process improvement and training teams on various initiatives Review booked patient appointments to ensure accurate scheduling with the correct physician Proactively communicate quality trends and develop resources for continuous improvement Qualifications What is Required (Qualifications): 2-year college degree desired or equivalent work experience 1-2 years of contact center customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment Strong reporting and analytical skills 1 year of experience in a similar position preferred Call center experience is a plus Preferred Qualifications How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Familiarity with medical terminology and urology disease states Proven ability to meet or exceed service standards Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience in a fast-paced contact center environment #OncologyServices #QualityAssurance #HealthcareCareers #CustomerService #ProcessImprovement We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
