The journey starts here, with you at SITA.****_ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:_**As Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in providing key performance insights and competitive analysis for future Proposals, contributing to the success of the AMER Business Management team.Reporting to the leader of Contract and Proposal team, the Business Analyst will be overall responsible for the following key activities.**_WHAT YOU WILL DO: _**- Develop and maintain visual dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) on previous proposals.- Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting through data integration, tools and drive automaton projects.- Develop and constantly adapt a bid knowledge library, consolidating model answers, reference stories etc.- Analyze data to derive actionable insights, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting data-driven decision making.- Maintain the proposal templates database up to date and in line with company branding.- Interact with various functions within SITA in particular Proposal, Bid, Contract, Legal, Product, Sales, Engineering, and other teams located not only Americas.- Help the Contract Management team to keep contract database cleaned, remove bad and outdated data.Qualifications:**_ EXPERIENCE:_**- Recently graduated in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or Economics.- Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.- Ability with Microsoft Office and proof knowledge in Excel tool.- Nice to have advanced Excel Certification and proficiency in creating Power BI dashboards, extracting data and analyzing.- Organization and meeting deadlines are must have skills.**_WHAT WE OFFER:_**SITA’s workplace is all about diversity, many different countries and cultures are represented in our workforce.
