We're Hiring – MDM Tester (Hybrid | PJ Contract) We're looking for two experienced MDM Testers to join our client's growing Data & Analytics team If you're passionate about data accuracy, quality, and governance — this role is for you. Position: MDM Tester Contract Type: PJ Work Model: Hybrid (Brazil) About the Role As an MDM Tester, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our client's Master Data Management (MDM) solution. You'll work closely with data engineers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to test, validate, and enhance the integrity of enterprise data across systems. Requirements 5+ years of Data / ETL testing experience Proven hands-on experience with MDM and Stibo 6+ years in data quality management and data governance within MDM environments 3+ years of experience with data modeling and data integration Strong knowledge of ETL tools (Ab Initio, AWS Glue, Informatica, Alteryx) Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) and DevOps/DataOps Strong analytical and communication skills Data profiling, validation, cleansing, and migration expertise Nice to Have Experience testing cloud-based MDM solutions Exposure to data marts, data migration, and data verification Prior experience working in enterprise data ecosystems If you meet these requirements and want to work on challenging data initiatives — we'd love to hear from you
