As part of the team, you will:- Work with software development teams to gather requirements and ensure best practices adhere- Design, Implement & Support solutions for application development, security, analytics, and performance management- Conform to existing industry and Verizon security coding standards adhering to fortify scan and other security tool review requirements- Conduct code reviews for junior members of the team and do peer code reviews to make sure the code is following standards set forward by the architects- Resolve code issues with urgency

Key qualifications and skills to succeed in this role:- Advanced English (spoken and written)- 5+ years of experience in Java- SQL and NoSQL Databases- Algorithm knowledge- Agile methodologies management- Understanding of best practices, SOLID principles, CLEAN Code, and scalable solutions- Design Patterns knowledge- Automated tests, CI/CD pipelines- Experience with Version control- Microservices and the Cloud- IT infrastructure knowledge
