We have the Operations and Customer Service team, focused on maintaining and supporting all network elements that traffic Internet, SIP (VOICE), IPTV, and mobile network services such as 3G, 4G, and 5G. Monitor and handle customer service activities, administratively forwarding the execution of processes related to operation, failures in the Backbone, Backhaul, SIP (VOICE), IPTV, and mobile network services such as 3G, 4G, and 5G; Meet the requirements for maintaining the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and participate in mandatory training; Know the Telefônica Environmental Policy and implement it in daily activities to ensure good environmental management practices for the company. Requirements Technical course in electrical engineering or related areas; Knowledge of Computer Science, Windows, and Office Package; Have discipline and attitude in daily activities; Desirable experience in remote monitoring and control of field team activities; Desirable experience and skills in project execution; Desirable experience in customer service; Desirable experience with AutoCad/Sagre tools.
