What you'll do Daily Operations Management : Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day operational activities within the assigned region, including workforce scheduling, issue resolution, and performance tracking. Performance Monitoring : Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, order fulfillment accuracy, on-time delivery, and safety metrics for the 3 PL workforce. Workforce Oversight : Work closely with 3 PL site and shift managers to ensure the workforce is adequately staffed, trained, and performing according to contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal company standards. Issue Resolution : Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and service failures by coordinating with 3 PL partners and internal teams. Process Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives at a regional level, focusing on optimizing warehouse processes, workforce efficiency, and cost reduction in collaboration with 3 PLs. Quality Assurance : Conduct regular operational audits and site visits to ensure 3 PL operations meet all quality, safety, and compliance standards. Communication & Collaboration : Facilitate effective communication between 3 PL partners and internal stakeholders, including Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams, to align on operational goals. Reporting : Prepare and deliver performance reports and operational updates to senior management, highlighting regional performance, challenges, and action plans. Problem-Solving : React with appropriate urgency to situations requiring a quick turnaround and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address unexpected issues. What We Need From You Education Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience Proven experience in operations management. Skills Operational Expertise : Deep understanding of logistics operations, including, picking, packing, and shipping. Food delivery experience as a nice to have. Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze data, interpret KPIs, and identify trends to drive operational improvements. Communication : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams. Adaptability : Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr
