Senior Accounting Professional We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in overseeing end-to-end accounting operations and leading the transition from QuickBooks Online to NetSuite. This is a high-impact role where you'll combine hands-on accounting with process improvement, helping us scale as we continue to expand our services. About the Role As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for: Leading and supporting the transition from QuickBooks Online to NetSuite (~70% complete), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency Managing full-cycle accounting operations: general ledger, AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close Preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules Maintaining and updating loan schedules, insurance allocations, and related entries across operating entities Categorizing transactions in Ramp, Brex, and other systems (~1 day/month) Providing financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making Continuously improving accounting processes and leveraging NetSuite functionality for efficiency gains Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: CPA or equivalent certification preferred 5+ years of progressive, hands-on accounting experience Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards Proficiency in NetSuite Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and transition projects from QBO to NetSuite preferred Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills Ability to operate independently while supporting a multi-entity organization Benefits You will enjoy: 100% remote work arrangement A high-impact role supporting a fast-growing education services company Competitive compensation aligned with global opportunities The opportunity to build your track record within our network Diversity & Inclusion We provide equal opportunities to all applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression.
