Position: Talent Acquisition SpecialistLocation: São Paulo, BrazilEmployment Type: Full-timeCompensation: Base salary Note: this role will be remote for the first 5-6 months, than will move to office-based role Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers and HR to oversee the sourcing and recruiting process for designated positions. Utilize innovative and effective sourcing methods to identify and engage qualified candidates. Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive market research, attendance at networking events, and ongoing relationship-building. Coordinate with external recruitment agencies or search firms when necessary. Professionally represent the company to candidates and outside partners. Assist hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle, including crafting job descriptions, screening candidates, managing their experience, and facilitating offer negotiations. Hold regular discussions with hiring managers to stay aligned on staffing needs and candidate status. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and provide insights on the talent market and hiring competition. Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) in both written and spoken forms. Demonstrated recruitment experience, either in-house or agency-based. Experience handling high-volume hiring or operating in a fast-paced setting. Strong skills in candidate sourcing, generation, and evaluation. Proficient in online research and leveraging professional networking platforms. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), with knowledge of specific platforms considered a plus. Previous experience supporting recruitment for product-focused or tech-oriented teams is advantageous. Benefits: Competitive starting salary.
