Responsibilities

  • Head of Automotive Industry Policy Research
  • Responsible for the study of tax policies related to the automotive sector and its location
  • Responsible for the application and negotiation of tax incentive programs
  • Responsible for formulating tax planning methods based on the company's needs
  • Responsible for managing the company's compliance
  • Responsible for the presentation and management of the risk of tax obligations
  • Responsible for supporting the company's team in the effective implementation of industrial policies and governance.


Education

  • Minimum Requirements (mandatory): Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Postgraduate or master's degree in Fiscal and Tax Management.
  • Desirable requirements:Mandarin.
  • Language: Advanced English.
  • Informatics: Advanced office package. SAP Integrated System.


Desirable requirements

  • Experience in tax management in the automotive industry, preferably in the North and Northeast regions
  • Experience in negotiating with public services
  • Experience in Tax Projects: minimum level of Key User.
  • Knowledge of tax systems and software.
  • Competence in using technology to automate tax processes and improve efficiency.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or another data tool.


Skills

Extensive work experience in the tax field, including obligations, compliance, risk management, operations, tax calculations, tax projects.

  • Communication and Negotiation:

Ability to communicate complex tax issues in a clear and understandable manner.

  • Risk Management:

Ability to identify and assess tax risks.

Development of strategies to mitigate risks and avoid penalties.

Ability to negotiate with tax authorities and other stakeholders.

  • Managerial Skills:

Ability to lead and manage teams.

Ability to make strategic and tactical decisions.

  • Analytical Thinking:

Ability to analyze complex data and make evidence-based decisions.

Efficient resolution of tax problems.

  • Negotiation and Conflict Resolution:

Ability to negotiate favorable agreements and resolve tax disputes.
