Job Title: Human Resources Manager - Plant Operations ,Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the human resources function in a plant setting, implementing HR strategies to support business objectives, managing recruitment, training and development processes, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. ,Key Responsibilities: Develops and implements annual HR plans to meet business needs, aligning with corporate directives and industry best practices. Manages staff and recruiting processes, designs compensation and reward strategies, and ensures consistency with organizational models. Analyzes local trends, shares insights with regional and corporate stakeholders, and contributes to sustainable and competitive action planning. ,Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in human resources management, preferably in a plant setting, within international companies. Proficiency in English language (spoken and written) is essential (approximately 40% of daily routine). Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or Psychology is required.
