Your tasksWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Junior Analyst to join our finance team in Várzea Paulista, Brazil. In this role, you will support the accounts receivable function by assisting with daily operations, data entry, and financial analysis. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to start their career in finance and gain valuable experience in accounts receivable processes.- Process and post customer payments accurately and efficiently- Maintain and update customer accounts in the accounting system- Perform account reconciliations and identify discrepancies- Generate and analyze accounts receivable reports- Follow up on overdue accounts and assist with collections efforts- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payment issues- Support month-end closing procedures related to accounts receivable- Collaborate with other finance team members on projects and tasks- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy**Profile**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field required- experience in accounts receivable or related field- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (SAP)- Analytical skills and attention to detail- Time management and organizational abilities- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices- Fluency in Portuguese and intermediate English required for mostly written communication- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies**Offer**:About usA Continental desenvolve tecnologias e serviços pioneiros para a mobilidade sustentável e conectada de pessoas e seus bens.
