We are currently seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with strong front-end expertise to join their team. This role is ideal for developers who thrive in full-stack environments, especially those with deep experience in React, TypeScript, and Ruby on Rails. Key Responsibilities Design and develop user interfaces using React and TypeScript. Translate product requirements into responsive and accessible UI components. Ensure a seamless user experience through thoughtful design and interaction. Backend Collaboration & Support Collaborate with backend developers on API integrations and data flow. Contribute to backend logic and services using Ruby on Rails, or be willing to learn and support backend development as needed. Apply object-oriented programming principles to ensure scalable and maintainable code. Quality & Testing Maintain code quality through unit testing and integration testing. Work with or be open to learning testing frameworks such as Playwright and Cypress. Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend engineers. Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and support team growth. Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering best practices and technical processes. Qualifications And Skills Educational Attainment Technical degree or background in electrical engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or related fields. Experience Level 7+ years of relevant professional experience in software development. Strong experience in fullstack development, with emphasis on frontend technologies. Expertise in React and TypeScript is required (5+ years). Solid object-oriented programming skills. Experience with Ruby on Rails is highly preferred (or strong interest in learning it). Experience with Playwright or Cypress is a plus. Technical Capabilities Strong fullstack coding ability, with an emphasis on frontend user interfaces. Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and performance optimization. Familiarity with testing frameworks and modern deployment pipelines. Communication Skills Fluent English (C2+ level required). Clear and proactive communicator in remote, cross-cultural environments. Mindset Product-focused, ownership-driven, and detail-oriented. Willingness to learn and collaborate on different parts of the stack. Autonomous and self-motivated, with a passion for building meaningful products.
