Your Role and Responsibilities Provide advice to management, technical and account teams on security exposures, recommending corrective actions; interact & consult with delivery and service management teams to provide advice and guidance on customer service delivery in the area of security controls. Provide support to client and account team in the identification and resolution of security, risk, and compliance issues. This specialty includes the following activities: participate in audits/reviews; drive the documentation of threats/risks; ensure issue management and risk management is a part of the local delivery management system, with operational metrics reviewed and action. Prepare and manage security awareness communications and guidance on security and regulatory matters. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Professional experience with administration of SIEM tools (Sentinel / QRadar) and EDR (Crowdstrike). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields. Soft Skills - Communication, Self Organized, Fluent English. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Desirable security certification.
