Channel Team Lead, AMZL Hub Brazil at Amazon .

Managing regional operations and delivery performance. Oversees daily channel operations, including supply routes, HCP network, and delivery metrics. Works with Process Management teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost performance. Manages relationships with key stakeholders including DS teams and carriers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regional Operations Management: Direct oversight of daily channel operations and delivery performance metrics.
  • Network & Capacity Planning: Optimize supply routes, HCP network efficiency, and lead capacity planning initiatives; coordinate with DS teams for peak operations.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational improvement initiatives; drive cost optimization strategies; monitor compliance with operational standards.
  • Stakeholder & Carrier Management: Maintain carrier relationships and performance tracking; coordinate with DS teams on operations planning.
  • Performance Reporting: Lead monthly business reviews; track and analyze operational KPIs; prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Strategic & Resource Planning: Lead peak operations planning; create contingency plans; identify opportunities for network expansion; oversee resource allocation and budgets.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience managing teams
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience delivering cross-functional projects
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Advanced English skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
  • Experience in data mining, data management, reporting, and SQL queries
