Senior Fullstack Developer (React) Job Reference #: BR City: São Paulo Job Type Full Time We are looking for a Fullstack Developer (Java + React) to develop high‑availability, high‑performance and distributed solutions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and drive robust, scalable systems in a hybrid environment. Develop and maintain applications using Java technologies such as Spring (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security), Java EE, and design patterns, along with web technologies such as Angular and React. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand and translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions. Lead technical design and implementation of robust and scalable systems using sophisticated market technologies. Define code standards to ensure quality. Identify and solve complex technical issues effectively and efficiently, continually seeking improvement. Partner with other IT teams to enable and drive new solutions and architectures. Your Team You will be working within the IT Brazil team based in São Paulo (Ave Faria Lima). We analyze, develop, and deliver global solutions to maintain or change our IT systems with our business counterparts. The role offers collaboration with exceptional technology and distinguished financial market professionals. Work in a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days at home). Your Expertise Software engineering focused on high‑availability, high‑performance and distributed solutions. Strong coding skills in Java and React. Experience with Object‑Oriented Programming, concurrency, multithreading, design patterns, algorithms, and data structures. Knowledge of Java Spring framework (a plus). Experience with C++ and/or Python (highly desirable). Linux/Unix experience. Comfortable with SDLC tools such as Git, CI/CD, and testing frameworks. Produce secure, clean, stable, operational, consistent, and well‑performing code. Design, plan, and deliver solutions in a large‑scale enterprise environment. Ability to influence others and advocate for technical excellence with high attention to detail. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent. Experience with low‑latency distributed systems or electronic trading systems (OMS, Marketdata feeders, Risk engines, algos) is a plus. Knowledge of the Brazilian trading environment and business.
