About the Role This role is responsible for monitoring emerging regulations, regulatory changes, new product impact assessments, and ensuring timely compliance planning. This specialist partners with legal, product, risk, and operations teams to ensure products and processes meet regulatory expectations. Responsibilities Monitor and interpret new laws, regulations, and regulatory trends issued by Bacen, CMN, CVM, COAF, Receita Federal, and industry bodies. Translate regulatory requirements into internal impact assessments and action plans. Prepare concise and executive-level regulatory briefings for senior management and governance. Key Responsibilities Conduct regulatory gap assessments of new products, features, partnerships, and business initiatives. Provide Compliance advisory to Product and Business on regulatory obligations and risk mitigation for launches. Maintain regulatory compliance policies and oversee periodic review and alignment with local and group policies. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong regulatory interpretation and simplification skills. Clear communication and stakeholder engagement. Strategic mindset with high organization and ownership. Bachelor's degree in law, Public Policy, Business, Economics, or related field. 7+ years of experience in Regulatory Compliance within financial services or fintechs. Strong understanding of Bacen & CMN regulations and regulatory expectations.
