Information Security Consultant – Security Integrations

Information Security Consultant – Security Integrations Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for SIEM, Log Management, and SOAR solutions and ensure operational stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the in-scope security platforms. Design, configure, and maintain integration between monitoring tools, event sources, and automation layers. Conduct root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and remediation for complex issues. Provide L3 technical support and operational oversight for global environments. Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Manage patching and change management processes for all assigned systems. Engage with vendors and third-party service providers for escalations or complex incidents. Provide expert-level consultancy for security integration projects and tool deployments. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with global standards and support incident management, automation, and observability initiatives. Suggest process enhancements and automation opportunities to drive continuous service improvement. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 6 years of experience in Information Security or Security-oriented IT Operations. Proven expertise in deploying and managing large-scale SIEM or Log Management systems. Strong debugging experience with Linux and Windows environments. Solid understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS) and security threats and attack vectors. Experience with log management and event correlation, networking concepts (firewalls, proxies, DNS, routing), and observability or monitoring platforms.
