Job Overview The role of the SAP Integration Lead is a pivotal position within an organization, responsible for spearheading solution architect leadership & strategy development. The individual in this role will lead technical architects for medium to large projects and be accountable across multiple functional and technical areas with wide-ranging complexity. Solution Architect Leadership: Provide vision and strategic direction for solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and processes. Technical Architecture: Lead technical architects for medium to large projects, overseeing the design and implementation of technical solutions. Accountability: Be accountable across multiple functional and technical areas, driving solutions that meet business needs and exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities The SAP Integration Lead will be responsible for: Providing Solution Architect Leadership: Develop and implement solution architectures that align with business strategies, ensuring effective use of resources and optimal outcomes. Leading Technical Architects: Guide and mentor technical architects in designing and implementing technical solutions that meet business requirements. Collaborating with Enterprise Architecture: Work closely with enterprise architecture teams to ensure solutions fit within the enterprise context and align with business goals. Communicating Effectively: Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and understanding. Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with latest technologies and industry trends, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: Strong Solution Architect Skills: Proven ability to develop and implement solution architectures that meet business needs. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of technical architectures and ability to lead technical architects. Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and ability to drive solutions that meet business needs.
