The Senior Treasury Analyst will be responsible for the consolidation of treasury related information across all companies within the group. This role involves preparing comprehensive reports for the executive leadership team, developing and maintaining a robust database, and analyzing data received from various countries. The Senior Treasury Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive informed business decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Consolidate the financial information from all group companies to ensure accuracy and completeness in cash positioning and Accounts Receivable reporting.
  • Prepare financial reports for the executive leadership team, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database to store and manage financial data, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for analysis.
  • Work closely with regional finance teams to gather necessary data and ensure alignment on financial reporting standards and practices.
  • Identify opportunities for improving Treasury processes, performance (including working capital) and reporting efficiency, recommending and implementing solutions as needed.
  • Manage the company’s debt portfolio, including tracking repayment schedules and interest rates. Monitor compliance with debt covenants and financial agreements, ensuring that necessary actions are taken to adhere to requirements.
Education

Bachelor’s in economics / business / accounting or similar

Required Experience / Desired

3 to 5 years of relevant Treasury experience, preferably in companies with multiple country operations

Technical Knowledge
  • Cash Flow forecasting and management
  • Credit and Collection
  • Relevant experience in Treasury and Finance report to management
  • Debt Management
  • Financial Covenants monitoring
Other Skills/Behavioral Competences
  • Excel expert user
  • VBA / Python / R codes are a “plus”
  • Critical thinking

  • Multi-Cultural exposure is a plus
