Somos curiosos, inquietos e gostamos de abraçar mudanças, pautados sempre por honestidade, respeito e transparência no que fazemos.**No time de** **Infrastructure **você terá o desafio de**:- Responsável pelo auxílio técnico ao usuário interno (colaboradores da empresa) com relação a problemas ou dúvidas relacionadas aos computadores e redes da empresa;- Responsável pelo inventário de máquinas da empresa e termos de comodato/responsabilidade entregues recolhidos, sabendo o status de cada máquina existente e validando a necessidade de compra de novas máquinas;- Responsável por acionar e acompanhar o trabalho de prestadores de serviços que nos atendem com relação à rede interna/telefônica, CFTV, Alarme, Acesso, Relógio Ponto;- Responsável por receber as máquinas, instalar softwares, formatar quando necessário, orçar e acompanhar consertos, orçar softwares, licenças e equipamentos necessários para a área;- Responsável por acompanhar constantemente serviços de Antivírus, Backups, Desempenho da Rede, Monitoramento de Ativos, Performance dos Links de Internet e VPNs.**O que a Cadastra espera de você**:- Os profissionais devem estar cursando ou ter completado os cursos de bacharel ou tecnólogo na área de TI, Ciência da Computação, Analise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia da Computação, Rede de Computadores;- Conhecimento em Google Apps, G Suite, Windows Active Directory e em manutenção de desktops e notebooks;- Conhecimento de Hardware e Sistemas Operacionais(Windows, macOS, Linux);- Familiaridade com Redes de Computadores (Firewall, VLANs, VPN IPSEC, VPN SSL, DHCP);- Inglês básico;- Diferencial: conhecimento em VOIP, Collab, Firewall Fortigate, AWS e CFTV;- Interessados devem residir em Porto Alegre.**O que a Cadastra te proporciona**:- Contratação modelo CLT- Vale Refeição Ifood- Cartão flexível Caju- Flexibilidade de horários (autonomia para que você se organize dentro de 8 horas por dia, de segunda à sexta)- PPR anual, de acordo com a porcentagem de meta batida da empresa- Plano de Saúde- Plano Odontológico- Equipes híbridas- Incentivo para cursos técnicos em plataformas parceiras da Cadastra
