Responsibilities
  • Lead Strategic Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects aligned with the BU's strategic goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders and various departments to ensure project alignment and transparency.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.
  • Resource Allocation: Optimize resources, including personnel, budget, and materials; develop and manage project budgets with cost control and financial accountability.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, performance metrics, and deliverables to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree; PMO and postgraduate studies in Project Management / PMP-PMI are desirable.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in managing complex project portfolios; experience in business excellence and change management; strong organizational skills and ability to deliver high-quality support to project teams and senior managers.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure effective planning and tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and intermediate Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
  • Willingness to travel 10-20% if necessary.
