About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Node.js + React) with strong leadership skills to drive the modernization of a critical enterprise platform. In this role, you will help transition from legacy systems to a modern TypeScript-based stack, guide system architecture, and mentor a cross-functional engineering team. This position offers the opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives within a collaborative remote-first environment. What to Expect in This Role
  • Lead a full-stack team focused on real-time, customer-facing platforms
  • Guide architectural decisions and define overall technical direction
  • Develop scalable applications using Node.js, React, and TypeScript
  • Balance hands-on coding with leadership and mentoring responsibilities
  • Collaborate with remote teams across Latin and North America
  • Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD, testing, and cloud infrastructure
  • Work closely with product and design teams to deliver impactful solutions
  • Uphold engineering best practices and foster team growth
  • Manage progress, mitigate risks, and report effectively to stakeholders
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in software development
  • 3+ years in a technical leadership or staff engineer role
  • Advanced knowledge of Node.js, React, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs
  • Experience with Docker, AWS, CI/CD, and SQL/PostgreSQL
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) for daily remote collaboration
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Next.js 14/15 (App Router, Server Components)
  • Familiarity with Storybook, Radix UI, or similar design systems
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Recharts, Victory, or D3
  • Backend experience with NestJS, Fastify, TypeORM, or GraphQL
  • Deployment via Vercel, Netlify, or AWS services (S3 + CloudFront)
  • Exposure to AWS ECS, Lambda, or EKS
  • Interest or hands-on experience with AI/LLMs, automation, or NLP workflows
