Capacity Operation Strategy Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our capacity operation strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a data-driven attendance model that incentivizes partners and achieves platform capacity targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and optimizing the attendance model based on platform requirements
- Analyzing and monitoring partners' performance in capacity attendance
To succeed in this position, you should have relevant experience in capacity operation and a strong understanding of data-driven strategies. Your expertise in analyzing complex performance metrics and developing effective solutions will be invaluable to our team.
