This role focuses on maintaining consistency in therapy delivery while supporting families through timely, respectful communication. Candidates must have previous experience in ABA or therapy-based scheduling environments. You will play a key role in keeping therapy sessions on track while ensuring families feel informed and supported. Spanish-speaking ability is highly valued, alongside strong English communication skills. Key Responsibilities Schedule Planning & Coordination Build and maintain weekly or monthly ABA therapy schedules. Confirm availability with families and technicians in advance. Identify conflicts early and resolve scheduling gaps. Rescheduling & Follow-Ups Respond to cancellations and schedule changes promptly. Coordinate replacement sessions and technician coverage. Ensure schedule adjustments follow provider guidelines. Communication & Support Maintain clear, professional communication with families. Deliver scheduling updates in a calm and friendly manner. Support Spanish-speaking families when applicable. Accuracy & Workflow Support Update scheduling systems with complete accuracy. Track schedule changes and outstanding items. Follow workflows and suggest improvements when issues repeat. Qualifications Required: ABA, autism services, or therapy scheduling experience. Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
